NO MASKS DURING COVID!! I never got the chance to meet Dr Bilkoo because 2 out of 3 staff members were not wearing masks. When I asked them to please put on a mask they scoffed at me and were extremely unpleasant in their response and overall demeanor as if I was asking them for a favor for them to protect patient safety during a global pandemic. They acted as if they simply didn't care. I have no confidence in a Dr who would promote such a careless attitude during Covid. I will NEVER return to this office and NEVER recommend them to anyone. In addition I have advised my PCP about what happened.

I had a test done on my doctors office July of 2018. I had received bills from that office and paid in full. Just got a letter from an outside billing department saying I had 30 days to pay or collection would be initiated. I never even got a bill. I called and accounting told me they sent out a bill last 10/2018. I never received it and they waited until now 7/2019 to bill me again. They said "sorry" this charge was for us reading the heart test you had done. Very poor customer service.
