Staff is so kind, happy and delightful! Parking at Floyd street was easy but slightly confusing on entry to building, which is on ground floor of garage in the corner closest to 41.

I have been a patient of Dr Pacifico since 2015. He and his staff have always given me excellent care. I've had several heart cath prcedures and a pacemaker. They are a busy practice but worth the wait.

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Fox in the Florida Cardiac Consultants practice. I wish I could write a review of my experience, but it was impossible to see him. I began in early January requesting an appointment. Callers get a recorded message to leave their info and the scheduler will return their call. Also, please don't leave another message because that will only "slow down their system". (No one EVER actually answers the phone.) If you miss their call (which can be literally whenever) the process starts all over again. Two weeks of attempted contact proved fruitless. Over the following additional four weeks I tried multiple times to reach a human being, finally connecting with someone in the office who was kind enough to get up and go speak with the elusive scheduler....she promised (through her co-worker) to call me back by the end of the day. Of course that never happened. In the end, I was forced to find my own cardiologist (one with a stellar reputation) who was able to see me within five days of my call! Oh by the way, I could speak to a nice and very real person. They answer their phones. A few days after my successful consultation in March, guess who calls??....that's right- the original FCC scheduler- more than TWO MONTHS after my initial attempt to get an appointment. It would be funny if not for the fact that her attitude can directly affect peoples' healthcare. I suspect the physicians in the Florida Cardiac Consultants group are blissfully unaware of their collective reputations suffering due to a staff member's lack of concern for patients. I hope so. And perhaps now they will become aware and implement some much needed change in their patient intake system. People who need healthcare services shouldn't be held hostage by apathy.

If I could give 0 stars I would, if you want cardiac doctors that care go somewhere else, these people will leave you lay in the hospital and come up with every excuse why they couldn't come see you, and I was already a patient of theirs, horrible treatment and no office communication, would not recommend unless you want to lay there and die!

it is impossible to reach the office by phone. despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to talk to anyone in 2 weeks following a referral from my PCP.
