They're nice enough at the office but forget the referral department. I've been waiting almost 2 months for an MRI referral and they finally sent it to the wrong place and they don't listen to you at the Miami call center . It's very hard to get anything done . I don't know why they go through that call center. I'm leaving and would never recommend going to a Dr office with that set up again.
This clinic provides outstanding care from start to finish. The front desk staff is polite and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The medical team is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in my well-being. I always leave feeling reassured and confident about my treatment. My grandmother loves her primary care office. Her physician is precise and listens to her needs. Also whenever we visit the office is always clean & the staff is very polite & helpful. My grandmother doesn't speak English well & Janet the receptionist always communicates & takes care of her when I can't be there. Very grateful for their hard work!
