Doctor Rubin has been my doctor for 30 years. He is a great doctor. The staff on the phone (especially the ones working from home) and front-end staff are rude, always in a rush, do not listen and just argue with you and threaten to disconnect the call if you question them. If you don't mind being spoken to like you are an idiot, this is the place to call. Once past the front staff and to the doctors, the experience is amazing.

My fiance and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Intercoastal, particularly Dr. Rabins and his staff. His professionalism and care for his patients is outstanding. I always feel as though I'm getting high-quality medical care, and that my doctor is hearing me, which is not always the case wherever you go. I would definitely recommend intercoastal.

PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS! I am truly flabbergasted. I just got off the phone with Dr. Ruben and I am shocked with how I was spoken to by what is supposed to be a "professional". I am unsure how he is allowed to call patients let alone be an actual doctor. I wish I could post the phone recording with this review. I have been getting the same prescription refilled for the past 4 YEARS from Intercoastal. My primary care doctor left the practice and since then I have been having it filled by another doctor there. I went to get it refilled this most recent time and he says he can't, that it has been a mistake that it has kept being refilled. *Mind you, my CVS has been trying to contact the office this whole time and have been unable to speak to anyone. Overall, I have been on this prescription for 10 years and I have gone a week without it, causing withdrawal side effects. It is also a medicine to treat depression and anxiety, so thanks Dr Ruben for denying me access to mental health treatment. If all of this is the case, fine, but holy moly - you are a doctor working with the general public - has no one taught you how to speak respectfully to others? He literally is raising his voice to argue you with me throughout the conversation, thus escalating what could have been a constructive interaction where I learn that INTERCOASTAL has been making a mistake (not me) by refilling the prescription. He asks me why I have not questioned any of this (sorry I am not versed in Florida prescription regulations?) and he then abruptly tells me he is wasting his time talking to me as he has patient charts to do. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau, and any and all regulatory agencies for doctors in Florida. I hope Intercoastal listens to the conversation and there is a serious conversation had with Dr. Ruben. My mind is still blown this man is allowed to be a doctor...

What's on hold for 18 minutes never got to talk to a person checking to see when my appointment was as they sent me two different emails with two different times.

I had an urgent need to see the doctor this am! I phoned in, appointment set up with available practitioner Chelsea Kidd! Every one I came in contact with was professional, kind and helpful!! Very grateful for their assistance ! Need meet seamlessly!
