I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Panchal, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical office experiences I've ever had. Dr. Panchal is an exceptionally intelligent, attentive, and caring cardiologist who takes the time to truly listen and explain everything in a way that brings comfort and clarity. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. The staff is just as wonderful--thoughtful, compassionate, and incredibly organized. From check-in to follow-up, every interaction felt smooth and supportive plus the office is beautiful and relaxing. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. I'm deeply grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Panchal and his amazing team to anyone seeking top-tier cardiac care.

Dr. Panchal is awesome. He has changed my life. I can walk normal again without pain. It took me over a year going doctor to doctor to end up here. I can't thank him enough. His staff and office are great also. Many thanks to entire group.

The people that work there are "Incredible " Every single one of them do everything in their power to make you feel relaxed and comfortable!!! They are the best far!!! And the Doctor himself is a Great Doctor. ( and a nice guy.)

I would like to express my concern regarding the service I received during my medical appointment. I arrived on time, but had to wait over 35 minutes without being attended to. Since I needed to return to work, I approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist informed me that it was possible, but that I would have to pay a $50 USD "cancellation" fee -- even though the delay was not caused by me, but by the clinic. I find it unfair to be charged for a situation beyond my control. Such a policy not only affects the patient experience but also creates a negative perception of your service.

Dr. Panchal is an exceptional cardiologist. The first day I met him I was having severe cardio-gastric symptoms and various doctors were trying to investigate the cause. It was discovered after several imaging and symptom recognition that it a severe case of diverticulitis, something I shared with Dr. Panchal on my fist visit. Still, He felt that it was important to discard any damages to the heart and did everything in his power to have certainty, which is not found in many doctor practices these days, and I appreciate his consistency. He is intelligent and knowledgeable, of his field and others, he does not stay in his "career square box". He listens to the patients concerns and provides medical information based on facts, without disregarding other possibilities, knowing that we not all the same. His staff is absolutely lovely, engaging, and attentive. I found my cardiologist. If you need one. Trust me when I say, this is your doctor. Go let him improve or save your life.
