Dr. Rishi Panchal, DO, FACC

Immaculate facility, organized staff, professional and focused on the patients. I have been to two appointments, third appointment tomorrow. I have already let my daughter and her spouse know that I recommend this physician and his staff, should they have the need for vascular health conditions. I was especially happy with Dr. Panchal's explanation of treatments that can include less invasive methods. Today was an appointment for a venous scan and I was given explanations regarding what to expect as the scan progressed, and was able to relax, as a result. I highly recommend this facility, the staff and this doctor!

It was a very professional experience. My first experience. I arrived early to my appointment, completed the paperwork, and was called back shortly after. The check-up was quick Nurse was very friendly, and the doctor saw me shortly after. I appreciated the doctor's engagement and efforts to identify the issue by asking me questions. I highly recommend it - two thumbs up and five stars. The waiting area was pleasant, and I especially enjoyed the calming sound of the water.

I've been a patient of Dr. Panchal for over 5 years. Dr. Panchal, Maya and Philip are all amazing. I've had the privilege of having all 3 as providers at IVY. They are very knowledgeable and personable. They do not rush through your appointment, they're all very thorough. I had 2 separate hospital procedures done by Dr Panchal at Palms West, he is very highly regarded by the nurses there. I've had many vein ablation procedures done in office by Nikki and Hector over the years with great success. They are so personable and professional, they explain everything they are doing. The face of the office for me has always been Jamie. He is a constant friendly presence and so knowledgeable about insurance companies and pharmacies. He follows through and is on top of getting approval for procedures. The entire staff at IVY is so knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant.

The wait was minimal, just long enough to do paperwork. The staff was courteous and compassionate. I liked Dr Panchel and Phillip. Both were very direct and confident which put me at ease. The office ran like a well oiled machine. Other doctors should take note!

Very responsive and concerned about the future of my health. Dr. Panchal is also humorous but also extremely professional. The trip from Orlando is always worth it. Great experience overall!
