We are beyond grateful for the love and care you gave to our dog, Beau. Our dog came to your clinic very sick. He had a perforation of his intestines. The expertise and skill of Dr. Sherman saved his life. Everyone we dealt with was so loving and caring. The daily communication really helped put our minds at ease. Even the amount of time your staff spent with me after discharge was amazing. We can't thank you enough and are so grateful for a positive outcome.

Dr. Sherman and his team were nothing short of spectacular. We brought our Lucky home today from a TPLO surgery and meniscus repair. From consult to discharge the entire team were so loving, attentive, patient, and professional. They took such good care of him overnight. Do not hesitate bring your baby here for treatment. They are amazing. Thank you Access team!

We were awakened in the middle of the night by our dog, who was not acting normally. A quick search for an open emergency vet led us to Access. We called ahead and the staff were ready for us. They immediately took the best care of both our dog and us. Everyone there was knowledgeable, showed great concern, asked relevant questions, and did all they could do to help us and our dog in a time of need. I would choose to go back to this location again.

I would not take any animals there if you paid me. My sisters Dog collapsed in the waiting room and she had to get irrate for them to pay her dog any mind. It wasn't until the dog collapsed she was rushed into the back by staff. My sister was forced to sign a "PACKAGE DEAL" 24 HR under distress. That was completely unnecessary. As a Healthcare Administrator/Receptionist/and Lead Medical Assistant of 8 years I am ultimately disgusted with the care given. Guessing medications. A gigantic bill. And pulling the dog of all meds before my sister showed for discharge because she wanted her dog home. The dog should've remained in care until my sister signed. I treated the dog for 6 hours upon arrival. She could not stand, her back legs were completely gone. She was urinating on herself. Her tongue and gums pale white. Without me having a medical background my sister's dog wouldn't have even stood a chance. We found the dog passed away upon waking after at 830am after her 345am medication and actually ate. Everyone was awake past 6am. Upon examination the dog passed give or take 15-30 prior to us waking. Access i am absolutely appalled. Guessing 6 medications to all counteract one another. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE UPON RECCOMENDATION. And your overnight Receptionist is absolutely rude and there was no care or empathy upon calling myself to check on my sistets dog.

After two days in intensive care, today we finally have our baby Banjo back home. These have been some of the hardest hours, but thanks to the incredible veterinary team who cared for him with so much dedication, we get to hold him in our arms again. Endless gratitude to the clinic and the doctors who never gave up and truly saved his life. Banjo is our little miracle, and we will never forget the love and professionalism that surrounded him through it all. Today our hearts beat stronger with joy and gratitude.
