Was able to change my appointment due to personal plans and the office scheduler was very accommodating. Arrived on time and was seen within five minutes. The Medical Tech took my vitals and conducted an EKG. Dr Sheth came in afterwards within three minutes and reviewed my chart and recommended a follow up as a preventative measure. Very courteous and sincerely concerned for my wellbeing! Due to the holidays and travel plans, scheduling two follow up appointments was challenging, but Diana was able to work around my personal schedule, which I greatly appreciate! Overall, a great visit and I'm grateful that they try to prevent health issues before they mature. Thanks Southshore, I appreciate you!

I want to start and give a HUGE Thank you to Victor and Tracy! I had my nuclear stress test and they were phenomenal! Victor has taken care of me before with a regular stress test as well. Victor and Tracy are by far the BEST team together! Victors personality shines like no one I have ever seen! I am beyond grateful for having him and Tracy take care of me the way they did. Victor, you ROCK! Tracy, you are an absolute shining star! Ty ty for everything! You are both so genuine and I'm honored to know the both of you! You treasure your patients and it clearly shows! I love going in for my appointments because I know I have the greatest care from you!

This cardiology office seems more focused on volume and profit than patient care. The waiting room is always crowded, and even other patients have commented on how rushed and disorganized everything feels. The staff seem stressed and pulled in too many directions, which makes the whole experience feel impersonal and driven by greed rather than genuine concern for patients. You may want to reconsider your decision of going to this place of business due to the amount of customers they push through the door. It makes the process last longer than it should and makes for a very long day. The staff I have dealt with were very kind and caring. Tracy and Victor really go above and beyond for their patients and honestly this would be the only reason I would consider coming back. The two female doctors have been great also. The process of this place of business is just horrible!

I will like to start off by saying this five star review is for Victor Colon! A nurse at this location that leads with friendliness, care, patience, kindness, and makes the patient as well as their family members feel very welcomed! I witness this during my wait and upon meeting him as he was one of the nurses that assisted my dad during his heart tests! My dad told me he was one of the nicest nurses he ever met in his life! Very caring and funny as well! Which when patients are coming in for a very difficult situation regarding their heart and health, they can be very overwhelmed and nervous, especially the elderly! Victor treats his patient so wonderful and it shows! You are the true meaning of what a NURSE should be! Thank you Victor! My dad also told me that Doug Smith at this location was very kind to him and treated him very nice! Thank you Doug! Now I've never given a negative review on my over 100 five star reviews on Google, however I must say that some of the ladies that work in this Doctors office as Secretary's are very rude! I have witnessed them be very disrespectful and unkind to patients coming in on both of my visits there! It's very sad how this location has very low ratings but the Sun City Center location has many 5 star ratings at 4.6 with hundreds of reviews and this location ratings are 3.2 with only nine reviews! It really shows why that number is so low! Management I suggest you look at who you have working here and the way they treat patients checking in! It looks like it pains them to talk to the patients! I have two words for them! Do Better!! It's very sad, because you have wonderful amazing heart doctors working here as Xiomara Matias and nurses like Victor colon, Who treat patients wonderfully!

The management of SouthShore Vascular Associates in Riverview is terrible. My husband has been calling 4 (four!) days to have his prescription renewed. He left multiple messages, which were simply ignored. This kind of "care" of patients with serious, maybe life threatening heart conditions is unacceptable. Still waiting for a call to the pharmacy to have his prescription filled!
