Imaging Services at St. Joseph's Hospital-South

We had such an excellent experience at the hospital Saturday night! ( for an ER visit, anyways) the entire staff we encountered was kind, efficient, and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible, bringing warmed blankets for her multiple times, helping us with the tv and finding a specific movie she wanted to watch, and the nurse who put her IV in was gentle and so very patient with my 17 yr old who was freaking out because she hates needles. And even though I could tell it was a very busy night, they never made us feel like they were just rushing to the next room, and made a point of asking if there was anything they could get for us or do to make us more comfortable while waiting several different times. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone!!! They treated us like family.

All the nurses and doctors took such good care of my son. I cannot be more thankful of them they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. And even the housekeeping team were incredible they were so sweet. It was a breath of fresh air having my son being treated like an actual child his age and not by how old he looks. I am very grateful for the excellent care provided by the Imaging Services team during my hospital stay. The staff was patient, professional, and reassuring throughout every procedure. They explained each step clearly, helped ease any anxiety, and ensured I felt comfortable at all times. Their kindness and efficiency made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Today I visited the Advent Medical building in Wesley Chapel for the very first time and I am so thankful a friend referred me there! Although I was stressed out, the medical receptionists April and Coral helped me to stay calm and get through the appointment. Dr McNamee was beyond incredible!!! He sat and talked in the room with me about everything I needed to know, and was just calm and soothing all around! I would highly recommend this location and the nurses/Dr to anyone who wants true quality care!

The staff is amazing. Nurse Nesha was amazing. Her 26 years of experience was amazing. She talked to me like she has known me for years. Her level of compassion was amazing. She is the genuine article. She exemplifies professionalism throughout my stay at the hospital. Nurse Nesha, I appreciate you.
