BayCare Outpatient Imaging (Riverview)

I love working with BayCare staff. They're always polite and full of smiles from start to finish. I always feel taken care of respectfully and walk out feeling I was taken care of. Thank you so much Staff on Big Bend in Riverview. You all make me feel like family.

I had an excellent experience with the MRI at BayCare. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They explained the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The facility was very clean and organized, and everything ran smoothly and on time. I truly appreciated the care and kindness I received--thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and reassuring.

I enjoy going to this imaging center as my appointments are quick and with little or no waiting. The staff is kind and caring, with them always showing concern. All imaging centers should have this type of staff.

I wish I had gotten the girls name who did my test, she was very very very kind and caring. She understood my fear of enclosed spaces and helped me with earphones and told me to look out the window. On the way home I told my husband I wished I had gotten her name. If you can look it up, please tell her thank you for her kindness. I told her, but can you find out and tell her again.. BayCare is very lucky to have her on your team!!

I asked when I made my appointment, I also asked for confirmation when I checked in, that the results would be available for my doctors appointment that was 7 days. Thursday to Thursday and was told no problem with out a doubt. Usually takes about 5 days. Well guess what, doctors appointment and the test has not even been started yet. So glad I wasted my time and money and time off work to go to a doctors appointment for nothing.
