Dr. Timothy A. Janz, MD

MDVIP is not for everyone. We have several chronic conditions that require immediate face-to-face meetings with the doctor. Dr. Janz's staff always answer the phone immediately with no complicated phone menus. We normally are able to see the doctor the same day. Dr. Janz answers the phone personally on weekends. Dr. Janz is very caring, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The personal care, attention, and service we receive is well worth the cost of the MDVIP program.

Dr. Janz gives wonderful, personalized care. You do not feel you are "on the clock" when discussing your health with him. I feel lucky to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr. Janz and his staff are an amazing team. The office staff is friendly and supportive. The nurses are knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Janz is always available whenever I am having a medical question or illness. He answers the phone any time of day . When I fell ill in Europe my husband called him with my symptoms. Dr. Janz told me what to tell the Spanish doctor the meds and treatment i needed. Best doctor ever !!!!

I find Dr. Janz very caring and helpful. He is willing to discuss alternative approaches to my health challenges. I have recommended him to friends and family members. I like that he is available to me 24 hours per day. He never sounds as if he is out of patience when I call no matter the time. Dr. Janz has a wonderful staff who knows the patients and tries hard to make us feel welcome and worthwhile. He is willing to have family members come for visit with patient so he can inform family about patients health.

Dr. Janz is always available either in his office or by test or cell phone. He takes the time to examine and explain. His referals for specialists have been wonderful Doctors as well. We can't imagine our health care without him!
