Hello! I have been using Dr. tirado for about 6 years now and am very happy with his office staff & with the Healow app.& Of course with the doctor himself. He is very caring and has a warm personality this is what I need for myself. So if you want this kind of doctor, I recommend to come to this office! (If you don't know about the Healow app, you can order your medication's speak to the doctor's nurses and leave messages on the app. It is very easy to use.)

Dr. Trudo is a good doctor but every time you are sick and you want to get into see him they give you a runaround and try to give you the nurse practitioner. I don't like the nurse practitioner and I've been using Dr. Truro Now for about 14 years, he is my doctor not a nurse practitioner. They need to up their patient scale when somebody is sick and needs to see him. They should be able to get Them in and when you do need an appointment, it takes like three months to get into them one more. That's the only problem I have with this staff in this office.

Dr Tirado as been my doctor for the past fourteen years. He is very patient and kind, always willing to listen and talk with you about your issues medically. I have recommended him to some of my co workers.Let us continue to lift him and his team up in prayer.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I have received from Dr. Tirado during my recent visits. Despite my efforts to follow the treatment plan provided, I have encountered significant issues that have caused me frustration and disappointment. Throughout my appointments, the doctor has clearly outlined a specific game plan for my treatment. However, I have repeatedly been contacted by nurses who convey a completely different course of action. When I requested to speak directly with Dr. Tirado to clarify these discrepancies and address my concerns, my request was denied. I found the behavior of the nurses to be rude, especially when they refused to allow me to leave a message for the doctor regarding the changes in my treatment. Additionally, I reached out to the office manager on Wednesday morning and left a voicemail outlining my concerns. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication has only added to my frustration and has led me to question the professionalism of the staff. After having seen Dr. Tirado four times without satisfactory resolution, I feel that my time, energy, and financial resources have been wasted. The repeated cycle of vague promises and unclear next steps has left me feeling as though I am going in circles without progress. I believe it is in my best interest to seek care from a physician and a medical team that values clear communication, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Tirado is one of the most caring doctors that I've ever met and he's extremely concerned about his patients wellbeing and that means a lot to me, he is very thorough and he listen to your concerns, my opinion he is one of the BEST.
