We had such a great experience! Catlin, was absolutely wonderful with my 2 year old daughter -- so kind and patient, even explaining each step of the ECG so she knew exactly what to expect. Carlos, who did the EKG, was also amazing and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Dr. Sernich reviewed everything in a very timely manor and we were never waiting long, he then came in to explain all the results in great detail, turning what could have been a scary situation into a very reassuring one. We are so grateful for their care and professionalism! Most medical offices could use them as a PRIME example on how people should be treated!

Wow!! What an amazing group of skilled people in this office. Kaitlyn at the front desk was beyond kind to us from start to finish. She also did an ECG on my child and was so relaxed, patient and gentle with him. Then we went with Gary who did an EKG on my son. Gary was also wonderful and beyond thorough explaining all parts of the heart to us as we watched on the screen. He kept my son comfortable as he worked to ensure he got everything he needed for Dr. Sernich. When Dr. Sernich came in he was so welcoming to us. He introduced himself and got to know my son. He asked my son specific questions to learn exactly what he has been experiencing. Dr. Sernich explained all the results to me, not just with my son's images and vitals, but also with several diagrams and other photos, making sure I understood his diagnosis. It was so obvious to me how much he cared for my son and the respect he had for me as his worried and anxious mother. He too, was beyond thorough and will be moving on to doing more tests. I highly recommend this Pediatric Cardiologist to any parent who has a child that may be in need of a heart specialist. I'm very grateful Nemours has an office here in PSL with such a great Cardiology team.

I will like to take the time and give a big thank you to all the staff who have helped us and have received our son . My son past kidney stone when he was 11 and now when he's 17. We was transferred to the hospital from the emergency department to this amazing facility for children. My son was taking care from the beginning to the end and from the moment we arrived into the moment we left the hospital.
