We've had no luck actually seeing this doctor as of yet but when I called to inquire about a new patient appointment sometime this year, Jordan answered. Her customer service was exceptional. She was patient and answered ALL of my questions in detail without sounding annoyed. She's the epitome of what true "customer service" is and could train others on how it should be done. Kudos Jordan! Give her a raise!!! :-)
I have been trying to get meds refilled. Calling office for three days . Dr Lamages office said because I needed to see him I've. had appointment for three months. Wouldn't give me reason other than that. He could care less about his patients.
