there is no care to how the offices look. dirty. unfinished "repairs". nothing says professional in this place. there is no consistent information from nurse to nurse/ office staff. after waiting over a half hour and questioning if we had our correct appointment time , the staff got defensive and told me to "bare with them" as they didn't have what we needed ready yet. the office problems should not be ours. these young girls have not been trained to properly speak with patients. a proper response should have been to apologize for the wait and the fact the equipment was not charged and ready to go for the appointment we had scheduled. in addition the rooms where you are asked to get undressed to be in a paper gown are closet sized only behind curtains. with people using the "hallway" just outside. there is hardly any privacy visually and none vocally. everyone can hear anything. so much for medical privacy. this place feels third-world. for our first appointment here we had a substitute nurse who apparently told us wrong information. the office we met in was a closet size again, nothing on the walls and two chairs with the nurse sitting in what looked to be a child's desk. everything about this practice feels sketchy. if your insurance can be accepted else where go elsewhere.

Edited to answer the reply posted: A you mentioned my last time I was officially seen was back in 2021 but I had a an appointment this year after being discharged by the hospital and the doctor stressed the need to to back to my cardiologist for further testing. After waiting weeks for the appointment I had to cancel the day off because when I came in and was told about the payment and explained my situation, the receptionist went to talk to the doctor (I actually believe she is a NP), the NP came out took a look at me and went back in and then had the receptionist come back out to tell me if I didnt pay the whole amount I wouldn't be seen. I was not going to post a review about it but I feel people should know as I have seen other people complain about this practice being Money hungry and not here for the wellbeing of the patients. I went to this doctor shortly after being released from the hospital, still trying to recover and manage several follow-up appointments with different specialists that month. Even though I have insurance and the doctor would still be paid through it, I couldn't afford the full $50 deductible that day. I explained my situation and asked if I could pay $25 now and the rest at my next visit -- just until I caught up financially. Instead of understanding, the doctor came out and said she wouldn't see me unless I paid the full amount upfront. I tried to explain that this was a one-time situation and that I truly needed care after being hospitalized, but it didn't matter. She turned me away over $25. It was really disheartening. Knowing that I had just come out of the hospital and still needed medical attention, I thought compassion would come before money. But it's sad to realize that, to some doctors, patients are seen more as dollar signs than as people who are struggling and trying to heal. I left feeling disappointed and hurt. I'll never go back to this place.

From my first visit, I have felt i am in absolutely terrific care. Everything was explained, tests ordered and scheduled with efficiency. I feel extremely confident they are on top of my situation and it will be addressed ... and things are going to be just fine. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to accommodate and execute all needed testing ... I am most thankful I was referred to them.

I have to say I was looking for a cardiologist and everybody was a month to 3 months out scheduling. I called the cardiology partners. They called me back and got me in in a little under 2 weeks. Had my echocardiogram my stress test done the first week after seeing them and then the following week went for a heart catheterization and they were able to find the issue and treat with medicine. The whole entire staff was amazing. I wish I could remember all their names, but if I had any procedure I ever had to do I would hope that they handle it as well as the cardiology partners did for me. Thanks again to all I interacted with and that helped me in this process. You guys are amazing.. now moving forward after the procedure the aftercare is terrible. I'm having issues with the medicine I'm having nosebleeds. I've reached out multiple times to this office with a question on my medication and instead of leaving me a message explaining what I should be doing with the medication, they just say call back and then when you call back you got to wait 24 hours at least for them to return your call. Here. I am at 48 hours since my last message which I've left five and I have yet to hear anything terrible service after your procedure. In my opinion, what kind of cardiologist does not answer their phone? I mean seriously ridiculous and I really didn't want to have to add this to the review but it's ridiculous that they don't respond back to you
