I absolutely love Dr. Pena. I saw him for the first time back in April during a hospital stay and decided to see him afterwards as well for follow up's as needed. He's always very reassuring whenever I start having anxiety about my symptoms and tells me I can reach out anytime I need him. He's a literal angel and I couldn't ask for a better doctor to keep me safe. I've seen Dr. Hornstein while in the hospital as well and adored him as well. They are both wonderful doctors. The staff at the Port Orange & Daytona location have been great every time I've been. Sometimes it's hard to get ahold of nurses but I've always gotten a call back and an appointment scheduled asap if needed. I have zero complaints!

First time visit with Dr Pena went very well. He is a pleasant and patient man. I was pleased to have gotten him as my Dr. The office staff is one of the best - everyone helpful and kind.

I had an appointment today for 3 things. They canceled two of them, and I had to reschedule the remain two in two extra days without any warning, and yet they had to gall to say that if I missed this appointment, they would charge me fourteen hundred dollars

Had appointment for Eco Cardo. Was taken in on time and technician was very pleasant and professional.

HOW DID THIS PLACE GET ABOVE 1 STAR WHEN NEGATIVE SHOULD BE THE RATING !!!! UNLESS PEOPLE ARE STRICTLY RATING THE DOCTORS AND PERHAPS NURSES THEMSELVES.. OTHERWISE....the STAFF should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism..and fired. Do the doctors even know how the business is being represented by 1. An automated voice mail never reaching a live person unless you call multiple offices pushing departments trying to reach ANYONE. Then when you do i.e. choosing Daytona and 0 so very rude. First it states 0nis office manager. Apparently not. Then a woman who is so short , curt, and disconnects you, acts as if you are bothering her. The scheduling at Port Orange...NEVER ANSWERS...NEVER...IN A MONTH PLUS..NEVER ONE TIME HAVE I REACHED A LIVE PERSON UNTIL TODAY THE END OF JUNE WITH FINALLY CALLING DAYTONA OFFICE IT STATED AND PRESSING 0... which was supposed to be Office Manager however it was not . Then I supposedly connected to scheduling. 8 minutes on hold I finally gave up. Tried calling back again. SURPRISE NO ANSWER ...AUTOMATED AGAIN. THIS IS THE
