Staff was personal, efficient made you feel comfortable. Dr. Athappan was attentive, precise and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with his recommendation and will be moving forward accordingly.

The staff was nice. The doctor really cares about his patients. He sent us to do test that was needed for the reason we were there. The wait was well worth it.

Sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours past my appointment time and finally got the musical chair shuffle from room to room to wait another 20 minutes to finally see him. THEN he acts as if he has never seen me before. Of course he never bothered to read my files before flying in as if I was not even in the room. Come on doc, you can't be THAT busy to completely ignore your patient, even if it was just for clearance for a surgery. Sheesh...... didn't see him for more than 120 seconds. 2 1/2 hours and it cost me $30 co-pay plus I had to cancel another important appointment where it cost me a lot more. He should be made to pay! Just saying

This was about my 3rd visit and this time I was placed in a room waiting for the Dr. And finally after 1 hour and 10 minutes I went to the front desk to say I'm leaving as the Dr hadn't come in. I was forgotten (my husband was with me). This is unacceptable. Not the Dr's fault. Staff had come in & out and were aware we were sitting in the room. Not professional treatment.

Everything was good and Doctor Athappan answered my questions. The nurses were very nice and the women at the front desk also were very helpful. Thank you all, Bill DeKoning!!
