Dr. Peykar started the complex arrhythmia ablation program both in Sarasota Memorial Hospital and in Port Charlotte in 2008. Since then he has performed over 10,000 procedures, the majority - catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter , ventricular tachycardia and SVT- as well as cardiac devices (pacemaker and defibrillators)
