This place is fantastic. Very professional and caring. They have been nothing but great to my dog Blue and I. The ladies up front are wonderful people also. The communication at this company is phenomenal. Not once have I second guess what they were doing. All they have done was point myself and Blue in the correct direction. Like any great pet owner my dog is my entire world. He is not good with other dogs and they take caution not only for Blue but other pet owners. I really appreciate that. If one treatment plan isn't working they don't give up. They restore faith and they'll continue to work with your pet. It's a very professional setting. The Dr is actually invested not like some other places, they have the techs running crazy. She sits with you and reassures what the next move is. The wellness of your pet is their first priority not financial gain. You all are wonderful in your careers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for how much you have helped Blue. Please do not look anywhere else if you want the best treatment for your pet.

I am very grateful for Dr. Rupp and her team of doctors and nurses. They took very good care of my elderly dog. When he was there for tests, he got anxious and they called me back straight away to come and be with him during his appointment. They were honest with me about his condition and they made me and my dog feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Our dog has been having some cardio pulminary issues. We were recommended to se Dr. Rupp by VEG ER. Drs. Rupp and Freeman ran a number of tests and came up with a plan to help us get Shane as healthy as possible. Kristen, the nurse, did a great job explaining all the health issues our dog is facing and how the medications would help. Drs. Rupp and Freeman also talked with us directly and spent a lot of time taking us through things. So great to have all the information and we had plenty of opportunity to ask any questions.

I want to start by saying that I could not be more pleased with how my dog Minnie and myself were treated in todays visit, as someone who was distraught by the possibly of my dog having heart disease I was already a mess. The team here helped me though the drop off process and the vet tech explained the procedures and how Minnie would be kept safe and comfortable, which she was! The 4 hour window seems like a lot but by the time they take your pet in a start procedures and create report and speak with doctor it is reasonable timing. Thank you to Dr. Freeman and Dr. Rupp for caring for Minnie, we are eternally grateful for your compassion

I can't thank the staff at Veterinary Cardiopulmonary Care Center enough! The whole staff truly cares and it shows! Jessica the receptionist was great and went out of her way to help get my baby Buddy in for an appt as soon as possible. Dr. Rupp and Abby the nurse were excellent and extremely thorough in their explanations with what's going on with my baby's condition. They took the time to answer all the questions my family and I had. They put together a plan that we will monitor his issue closely and adjust as needed. I'm very pleased and thankful for all their help and I know Buddy is too!
