Conviva Senior Primary Care

Today I came to this office following my Access Coordinator Elis Souchay (she is my angel) She always help me to renew my benefits every year. I traveled from my Conviva to any Conviva she goes to. This is my second time visiting Conviva in Pompano South and I felt at home like I was part of the family since I walk in. I felt in peace, sense the love, the care and the passion of everyone in that office. I'm assigned to another Conviva office where I have my primary doctor but I will go anywhere if Elis and the entire Conviva Pompano South is there. Thank you very much for your help, support, tenderness with me and with every patient that is part of your team. I asked to speak to the manager Isabelle Russo to let her know how wonderful I feel every time I come to the office and to appreciate her work, kindness and compassion for her patients, staff and to keep the good work. We love this practice and highly recommend it. This location has 2 sides, perfect for families. My children have been receiving the best care on the Pediatric side and I became a patient on the adult side myself. The staff really shine here from the front desk that is run with efficiency and a friendly smile every time, the medical assistant that makes your visit very pleasant, the doctors that take time to listen, very engaged and finally the center manager Isabelle that makes your experience memorable, I know she is a phone call away if I need anything. Each employee is professional with the ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Without a doubt, Conviva Pompano South will always be my choice, and I'm already recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for such a positive experience and for all the care

I wanted to share my appreciation for this office and the staff . I've been a patient for 20 plus years and I feel like I'm a part of family when I come in. Everyone is always happy to help me even with non-medical related issues. Thank you to Dr Kaczmarzewski , Joy bouza Arnp ,Yenny, Diana ,Marilyn , Sandra, gabby , Melanie, Ale , Isabelle and all of the office staff I failed to mention . This is and always will be my home.

I have to have a lot of referrals and authorizations to see a specialist. I get the best service in referrals from Janice. When I need a referral I pray Janice gets my referral work. Janice is so kind, caring and knows her position as a referral coordinator. When Janice says she will call you back, she always calls you back when she tells you she will call you back. I know I am in good hands so to speak. I wish whatever lies ahead in her career is very successful. If Janice ever leaves Conviva Pompano South for a new company she will show any future employers they made the right decision. Janice you are professional yet down to earth. I am very happy with the care my daughters receive from Dr. Silva. She answers all our questions, she is very loving with us. Nurse Marjorie is super nice and sweet. I am very happy. Also, you don't have to wait too long when you have your appointment. I highly recommend Conviva Pediatric.
