I just called a few minutes ago, all I did was call to see if I need an appointment to go in and a lady by the name Linda was super rude to me for no reason. I don't know who is she but she need to quit there and go work in a prison so she can feel just like home. Only god knows how many patients Mr Victor have lost because of her. Have a nice one and god bless.
I have called this office and spoken to Linda the office manager of Dr. Victor Ayala, she has got to be the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. As an office manager and the representation of your office, that is disgusting. There was a miscommunication with our office, and she was cursing at our staff and hanging up the phone on us. She said she didn't need to be respectful to me at all because she faxed what she needed to fax.
I called today to make an appointment and the customer service was horrible! I was presenting myself and asking if I needed an appointment and she stopped me and told me "who are you... what medical insurance do you have" and i only had time to say the name of my insurance... when she said "we don't take that insurance so you can't come in" and she LITERALLY HANG UP ON ME. What if i was willing to pay out of pocket? Look at the rest of the reviews... SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED ASAP!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IF I COULD RATE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD! LINDA ( OFFICE MANAGER ) IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED ! HER WORDS SPECIFICALLY WERE " DROP DEAD ". IN AWE OF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I JUST WENT THROUGH. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE BECAUSE IF THIS INDIVIDUAL CAN SPEAK LIKE THAT TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS SHES MANAGING. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY.
LINDA FROM DR.AYALA'S OFFICE IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. SHE IS ONE PERSON THAT SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. I AM IN DISBELIEVE IN THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME. ITS SAD THAT DR.AYALA'S OFFICE HAS SOMEONE LIKE HER WORKING THERE, NOT WILLING TO HELP PATIENTS AT ALL!!! WORST PART IS THAT SHE IS AN "OFFICE MANAGER". I WISH I COULD PUT A "ZERO" STAR BECAUSE ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!
