I had a wonderful experience at this medical center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. The doctors took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. I truly appreciate the level of dedication and compassion shown here. I highly recommend this medical center to anyone looking for excellent healthcare services.

Monica Vargas and all the staff was amazing. She helped me with my lab test at the very last minute and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and her friendly attitude really made a difference. I truly appreciate her care and willingness to help on short notice. Highly recommend!

Do not use their company's Medical Plan. They will bill you the $50.00 a month and if you try to cancel with them, they will continue to debit your account. They are scumbags... The number that they provide on their invoice you cannot use it to call them to cancel your plan. Instead they transfer you around to different phone numbers and never cancel. I even told them at the Front Desk to notify their Medical Plan Company to cancel the insurance and never once did they say please email the Provider at this email address to do so. Instead they said they would do so. Of course they never did notify the Provider. Then when you finally do get them to cancel your payment they will not issue you a refund from the month that you first tried to cancel. DON'T USE THEM. Also they will tell you that their URGENT Care under their plan is free for a certain amount of visits but then they will BILL you $75.00. They don't tell you that at the time of service. Instead they bill you. RUN from this company's Medical Plan. This location in Plantation when I used their Urgent Care, they NEVER once said there would be a charge. They see you then Bill you. Also after my blood work they never called me even though my liver showed elevated issues. They never even told me the results of my Mammogram after I had it done and sent to their office. So I can literally have breast cancer but I will never no. Also their Medical Plan does not cover Pap Smears even though they said that it does. Run away from Sanitas. There will soon be a Class Action Lawsuit against them for all the monies the stole from people that cancelled their policies and they were still charged.
