Sam Sarah is a nice enough doctor. However... he should be more involved with his patients and their needs when not standing in front of him. I've been trying for three weeks to get a post surgery letter of recovery so that I can get my physical done and return to work. The appointment was five months ago and he gave me the clean bill of health way back then. I've spoke with his assistant three times on the phone and they still will not produce the written paperwork that I need to show the physician before I can get my US Coast Guard physical completed.

The office has not called me back and I have called 4 days in a row to get pills refilled. My husband was without medicine for 2 days now and not sure how long this will go on. They need better commuication in the office. Love the Doctor, but this cannot continue to happen.

Dr Sareh has been my husband's cardiologist for several years, and mine starting 2025. He has a wonderful bedside manner and easy to understand way of communicating.

Dr. Sareh is an exceptional doctor (five stars) but unfortunately every time I need a reffil for medications it is a burden, they dont answer the pharmacy, i have to call myself and ask and even doing that they dont send quicky enough (5 days prior to end my medication), the pharmacy always call me to complain, i call on office hours and get the answering machine saying im not calling on office hours...
I have called friday, spoke to one assistant, my pharmacy called yesterday morning (monday), spoke to an assistance and today, tuesday still no fullfiling!
I really hope they start being more quick on that, I only have 2 pills! My pharmacy is trying contact since AUGUST 8, we are today AUGUST 20th!!!!
