I had an appointment here at 11 I was there until 3pm . When my blood pressure was taken the cuff was not changed and the doctor came in the room with gloves on which was probably same gloves from previous patient. This practice is unsanitary and wait time is redicoulous. There was only 2 patients in the office.
I've been a patient with New Hope Medical Group for three years and I love the fact that they are open on Saturday. So for individuals like me that works long hours, I have the flexibility of coming in and seeing my doctor on the weekend. I love their service and they're very attentive towards their patients.
Incompetent. Incompetent and incompetent.. No one knows what to do. Every week there is a new staff member and they are all clueless. It took them 10 days and me (pregnant) seating in the office for 3 and half hours to get a form that I faxed. Sel sa yo we se lajan assurance la ap peye san yo pa vle bay service. Rete loin incompetent sa yo. Office la tet anba. If there was 0 star, they would have gotten it. Horrible.
The receptionist and the nurses are very rude and disrespectful. They do not communicate with no other doctors office with a respectful manner. They always say they will call you back it's been a week and I have not received a call back. When I go to the office to inquire about my information the receptionist looks at me like I don't speak English ... I have had enough and I will report them
Dr is very rude and always angry and in a bad mode. No respect for patients or their privacy. The worst experience I ever had at Dr office.
