Come check in to check out. They were very smooth and pleasant. I feel their records were updated properly, and the doctor informed before he came into the room and knew exactly what we were talking about. I didn't get the news that I wanted, but Dr. Zelnick was passionate and caring
The office personnel were helpful and courteous. The doctor's assistant was pleasant, personable and capable. And as always, loved Dr Zelnick
Visit was short and pointed. Dr. Zelnick is clearly very efficient and his staff is friendly. I do recommend having more than one portable tablet handy for registration. Lots of older patients were frustrated at having to stand and wait in line to register
Dr Zelnick is not only nice and caring but I'd have to call him a top-doc. I think at times he keeps his medical thoughts inside rather than scare a patient but many times he does share his feeling with the patient so he knows what he needs to do and what will continue to promote better health. I give Dr Z an A+. I am lucky to have him on my team.
