This Company operates in the Emergency Room of HCA Westside Regional Hospital, Plantation, FL. Patients in severe medical stress and with life threatening situations are unaware that this Company is not part of HCA Westside Regional Hospital, Plantation. ER Doctors order EKGs without the Patient being aware that this Company, EKG & ECHO READERS, INC. does NOT have a pre-agreed, CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT with my Medicare Advantage HMO Today, 1/18/2024, I received three (3) Letters in the mail, all 3 dated Jan. 9, '24, from BAS Management Co. a debt collector, for services provided Jan. 30, 2022!!! two (2) years ago - outside of the Statue of Limitations and TIME BARRED!!! This Company, EKG & ECHO READERS, INC., had NEVER made any previous attempts to contact me by phone, mail or other methods, to notify me that my Insurance had ALREADY paid less per the Contractual Agreement. However, greedy EKG/ ECHO READERS, INC., is pursuing me for the FULL amounts and turned my account over to an aggressive debt collection agency. This is a big FRAUD, a SCAM, a CON, using intimidatory tactics of elder abuse, to ruin my credit. I'm documenting here that the 2 Companies, BAS MANAGEMENT, & EKG & ECHO READERS, INC. must CEASE & DESIST from contacting me and LIMIT any and all attempts to destroy my impeccable credit. I am reporting these two fraudulent Companies to the Consumer Federal Protection Bureau (CFPB), Better Business Bureau (BBB), FL Elder Abuse Agency, FL State Attorney General, ACHA and other regulatory agencies. Do NOT do business with EKG & ECHO Readers, Inc., or allow this Company access to your Hospitals: to tarnish your facilities reputation.
