The Dr is wonderful, however once you need results and or help with billing, you are offered excuses ranging from.."we ran out of paper for fax machine" , or the front desk actually asks you if you have the phone number for an outpatient svc at another facility. The one they referred you to. I was told after a calcium test I had on 6/21 that Baptist is very bad about sending results. I left several messages at ofc. I was told Blanca would call me back. After 4 calls and an unnecessary drive to BaPtist I got her call on July 6th after I drove to Baptist to obtain a copy of report and saw that they sent results to Dr the same day, I was beside myself. The office is a joke, people wait in the waiting area for way too long. Stop over booking, especially when it is more than obvious that you can't keep up. It is a disgrace to treat patients like this.
