This is by far the worst clinic my mother has gone to. The situation started last Friday, October 18, 2025 when she requested a refill for her medication. The medication never arrived at the Walmart pharmacy. Both her and I tried calling several times throughout the day but getting through to the terrible call center was just more work and things did not get resolved. On Monday, October 21 and Tuesday, October 22, more calls were made. On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, I personally took my mother to the clinic and we spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Merci, who helped us with my mother's medication and made sure that all her medication was called in. Unfortunately, nothing was received to the pharmacy. Finally this morning, Friday, October 24, 2025, I had to quickly drop my mother off to the same clinic and i had to rush to work, because my mother was in so much pain on her left shoulder, she needed to get her medication because she was on her last pill of blood pressure medication. My mother mentioned that the slightly overweight girl who supposedly helped my mother made an awful comment about her not thinking my mother could hear her but SHE DID, said towards a gentleman helping her, said to him that my mother doesn't understand English nor Spanish!! What kind of person would make such a comment in a establishment where majority of the patients are Hispanic!!?? It was insulting and unprofessional. I had to go personally to this clinic today at 1240 and was somewhat greeted by the same girl. She was not very friendly but when I told her the situation, she repeatedly insisted that my mother's medication was sent out. I told her that walmart never got it. I had to speak with the manager, Ebony, who did help and was very nice and was able to get through to the pharmacist. Two hours later, my mother finally got her medication. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to discuss with Ebony the unprofessional attitude that my mother received by that girl who sat on the far right side of the front desk. I asked her what can I do to get my mother out of this clinic and she abruptly answered to call her insurance for her to go to another clinic. The only good thing she did was get me to the manager. I will definitely be contacting corporate about this. My mother will definitely be going to another clinic after this disgusting incident.
