Dr awad is great. But dealing with front desk today was awful. I seen Dr awad dec 9th and he gave me a referral for an MRI, and told me to call my insurance and make sure that is covered before making an appt. Insurance told me yes all clear that prior authorization just needs to be requested. So I call Dr awads to let them know. I tried 3 times at different hours yesterday and left a voicemail and never received a call back. Call again today at 1 pm and front desk lady says hold. I stay on hold for 30 mins no one ever comes back to the phone so I decide to hang up and call back. Immediate answer and they say "how can I help you" and I said hi I just wanted to say I was on hold for 30 mins and no one ever got back to me on the phone. Lady ignores me and says "how can I help you" with an attitude and I said ma'am why are you giving me an attitude. And she then ignored me AGAIN and says " HOW CAN I HELP YOU" no apology or anything just attitude. I asked for her name and she said Carla but I really doubt that was her name, who knows. And she wasn't even able to help me, and had to go and get another person to talk to me. Ridiculous. I have been here several times this year and this is a first time experiencing this with anyone at the front desk. She needs to be re-trained or be let go
