Dr. Blake Singletary

I was SO pleasantly pleased with Dr Singletary. It truly is difficult to find a good Dr but I found one here. He helped me with some difficult issues. He listened to what I had to say and devised a plan to get it all done as quickly as possible. He did for me what I had been TRYING to get others Dr's to do for over a year. He also makes you feel like you've known him forever. I couldn't even get my last Dr to make eye contact! Dr Singletary is a great Dr., so if you are looking for a new cardiologist, in my opinion you absolutely can't go wrong with him! Stacey O.

Dr. Singletary was chosen for cardiological surgerical clearance. He and staff agreed they could assist took on the new patient, and started the process. They DID NOT complete, follow up or provide results of echo to attending surgeon or patient. From the pre-op bed , the patient and hospital staffing are calling to get the results from the testing facility vs. Dr. Singletary's office. Because... The call to Dr. Singletary's office staff this morning was meet with hastiness and we were advised the Dr. Is not in office and that he was sent a text last evening. Several requests for results have been made prior to yesterday . They are still pending his reply. It was asked if he was on vacation, they said no, it was asked if he had a back up doctor that could assist, they said no. It was asked if he's good at returning the text? It was advised we will have to wait and see. They've had the results for 5 business days. The end of the call was met with the office staff advising that they "didn't know the surgery date". That's unprofessional and ridiculous, the hospital staff , surgeon and everyone else listening agrees. The whole reason for your service was for this surgery. Prayers the hospital staff will get what they need, will be cleared and that the surgery can move forward with no complications Patient , staff and OR waiting. Update: testing facility has sent results, hospital staff will review. prayers it's good results.
