Absolutely phenomenal care was given to me. I was on the 5th floor and the doctors, nurses, and techs took such wonderful care for me as I was hospitalized for a week. Innovative care. I was able to heal and improve drastically from when I got there. Going from bed ridden to actually being able to get up and walk and be able to be discharged. They were diligent in their care and helped me every step of the way. Very clean environment and nice facilities.

Wonderful staff! Every single doctor, nurse, hospitality worker and even kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we wanted and needed. There is also a person designated JUST to make sure your child is feeling comfortable and happy, I wish I could remember her name but she brought my daughter two arts and crafts gifts, a stress ball for when she had to get shots/IV and a pop it game as well. Also a volunteer came with a little back pack full of goodies, one of the items was a hand made pillowcase. My daughter used that pillowcase as soon as we got it and it made her so happy and she felt a little more at home. We were there for 5 days and all those little things helped her get through some tough days, I was so grateful at how kind and caring everyone was. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the lab made a mistake that kept us there for an extra day. But Dr. Grace made my daughter a promise and she kept her word and let us go home when she didn't have to. Dr. Grace if you read this, thank you so much! You really are a gift to the medical field and to all the kids you take care of on a daily basis.

I recently had a double bypass heart procedure at Ascension Sacred Heart, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. The entire care team--from the nurses to the support staff--was friendly, incredibly helpful, and consistently informative. Knowing that I was in such capable hands made all the difference during my recovery. A special shoutout to the surgical services teams (Pre-op, Surgery, Anesthesiology, and ICU); they did a truly fantastic and professional job. Furthermore, keeping my family always in the communication loop was a tremendous relief and reflects their commitment to holistic care. I would confidently and highly recommend Ascension Sacred Heart to anyone needing cardiac care. They are truly top-tier!

I arrived at Ascension Sacred Heart hospital around 2:35 a.m. on December 12th 2025 with severe chest pain. Staff from the ER department met me and my husband at my car. Within 2 minutes I was on the EKG machine and it was determined I was having a heart attack. I was immediately taken to the back for further assessment and within two and a half hours I had been taken to the cath lab and the cardiologist inserted two stents in my main artery that was completely blocked. The quick response of the ER staff and the cardiology department saved my life that night. I stayed at the hospital until Sunday for observation. During my stay I was treated with the utmost respect, everyone was very professional, kind and courteous. I am only 59 years old and have been in good health, I never expected to be going through something this terrifying at that my age. However, due to the excellent care and support from the cardiology staff and everyone on the floor that I stayed on I never felt scared. I am very grateful for the entire staff of Ascension Sacred Heart hospital.
