I would agree with one of the previous reviews of describing him as "disengaged". He didn't ask me any questions about myself, didn't ask how I was feeling and tried to counsel me on calculating maximum heartrate which had no bearing on my situation. If he would have gotten to know me, he would have found out I am in the fitness business and teach those things; again no bearing on my condition!
I am beginning to think that most of the cardiologist are good with normal protocol but when something is outside the book, someone healthy, they don't know how to problem solve. This was a sad visit and unfortunate. It is suppose to be a patient doctor relationship but coming in with no real greeting, no caring of how I felt or even asking and just beginning to pour out a bunch of information, is a dysfunctional relationship. There is so much more that I could say but would not recommend him!

The doctor seemed disengaged and had poor bedside manner, coming across as condescending. My dad, who's usually lighthearted and joking even when nervous, felt uncomfortable due to the tense atmosphere. We also waited nearly two hours before the doctor came in, and when he did, he barely took time to speak with us. We'll be seeking a second opinion.
