Dr de los Santos office 12/3/25 Had an expert experience due cto the most helpful, office aid HAYDEE. Haydee conducted our visit with extreme knowledge and understanding and was able with the help of Millie (ultra sound) to accommodate Gene Benedict's visit. I called this clinic a couple minutes ago today with just a few simple questions, and the person who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. They talked over me, seemed annoyed, and clearly didn't want to help. And to think this is a senior clinic? I can only imagine how others, especially elderly patients, are being treated. Staff should be respectful, patient, and helpful -- not argumentative and unprofessional. Disappointing experience and definitely not a place I'd recommend based on this interaction.
NP Josephine Magno is awesome. Also the staff and Heidy is fantastic. Cordial and respectful human people. Dr. Pablo de los Santos was very courteous.

The appointment was on time, the office staff were very nice and the Doctor was knowledgeable and extremely nice!!!! I would recommend all my friends in need of a vascular Doctor to visit him.
