Mian A. Hasan, MD

I started to see Dr. Hasan almost 12 years ago and when I first met him he was my greatest doctor and I loved going to see him and his staff but within the last two years something changed the staff still remain attentive and will listen and work with you, but we receive bills for services that we payed for. Insurance insurance paid bills and then we will receive a bill from the office for the exact same test from third party test centers. Unfortunately I was forced to leave and found Another doctor. I hated to leave because I thought I had a history there. I must admit, I do miss the staff.

Nothing is worse than a doctor without compassion, patience, and human touch who disrespects his patients and lacks ethics. Please read my experience: After waiting forty minutes, and by the time Mr. Hasan entered the room, I received a call from my daughter's school; obviously, I took the call and was on the phone for maybe 20 seconds when he got mad because he was waiting. I said, "Doctor, please wait. I waited for you for forty minutes. Can you wait just one minute?" Long story short, he got mad and declined to examine me. He threw my paperwork on the examination bed and left the room. " I am not going to deal with you" his exact words. His staff at Vanguard Medical Group in Pembroke Pines was excellent. On my way out, they asked me what happened. I answered, and they had a look on their faces that I read as "Another one." The staff processed a credit to my credit card for the visit, and I left the place. Anyone can have a bad day but stay home if you are having a bad day. Do good and stay home, especially if you are a public servant.

He took care of my dad so well. Caught an electrical issue he could have easily passed away from . Thank dr Hassan !

Visited this medical facility and truly was amazed at the treatment from the staff and the Doctor. Staff was attentive, and understood my needs. I was greeted like part of the family as if I had been coming to them for a long time. exceptional, never have I ever experienced this at a doctor's office. When I got in to the examination room, the medical assistant performed preliminaries to prepare for the doctor right away. Doctor Hasan came in to see me with in 10 -15 mins. Went over my concerns and provided guidance and next steps. Truly profesional, I will recommend this cardiologist to my friends.

I'm only giving this office a one because the testing I needed was performed and I did eventually get my results. I found Dr Hasan's approach to be rude and he was short with explanations. The office staff were extremely unorganized and the communication from them was terrible. The lack of communication caused me to drive 4 hours for an appointment which had been canceled. Additionally, I was scheduled for a stat procedure but, according to the staff, stat includes dates over a period of days. Was not contacted regarding the results and only obtained them after reaching out to them and then sitting in the office for over two hours waiting to collect the documents by hand. Because of their delays, a scheduled surgery had to be postposted twice. I have been a nurse for over 25 years and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
