Dr Jose Guzman was inappropriate and unprofessional by making fun of how "the alligators now have a lot to eat ha ha ha " I don't feel it is funny and I feel he insulted all of us Latinos and he totally forgot where he comes from

Was referred by my General Practitioner. After a two or three month wait his office called and rescheduled my appointment another 2 months into the future stating that the doctor had to be in the hospital on the day of my appointment. My appointment was for 11 am. I arrived at 10:40 am and checked in. After waiting 65minutes, I was called in and placed in a small room. After 10 minutes a nurse came in and took my blood pressure and told me the doctor would be in to see me. After another 40 minutes I left the room and inquired when is the doctor going to see me? Nurse gestured toward another room and said "he's in there" and informed me there's another patient in the room across from me that had also been waiting for an hour. I heard her complaining to someone else that patients were being left waiting for too long. I waited for another 20 minutes, still no Doctor Guzman or any explanation. I requested a refund of my co-payment and left after 2 hours and 20 minutes. I realize that doctors can encounter unexpected problems that put them behind schedule, but it's extremely inconsiderate to leave patients waiting for over two hours without any explanation or apologies. If he's this inconsiderate I don't trust him with my health care.

Dr. Jose Guzman does show any rapapor with his patients. He does all the routine medical examination but does no communicated with his patient. We, the patients, are only somebody he has to control and follow up because we made an appointment but does not care about how we are or how we filling.

Take your time to answer your concerns, a doctor that there are few left! Thank you! Recommended!!!!
