The office is beautiful but this facility is a cash cow. They find elderly patients with lack of understanding to book unnecessary appointments and charge their Medicare. We had sent my mother here and WOW the confusion and lack of understanding from the office stand point speaks volumes.
For example, We send her in for a "check up" and they want to follow up and check her in person one week later, any general doctor would say one week isn't enough time to allow this particular diet/medicine combo to take effect, yet let's book another in person visit to waste time money and gas. After speaking with Valentina the confusion continues, she says to mom it's for bloodwork, but no bloodwork and it can be done over the phone. The appointment ends up being rescheduled for a month from now, just enough time to find a competent doctors office.
Really wish it had worked out here, but the lack of understanding and over all communication/consistency does not exist. My poor mom is diabetic how are you allowing this type of patient to go almost 8 months without any updated bloodwork? But charging her insurance an arm and a leg to discuss stomach gas after eating to much broccoli. 10/10 would NOT recommend

This place is awful. U call to talk to a doctor they don't call back. They take forever to do a referral plus they only want to work with their own group of doctors.im glad I took my mom out of this clinic. They are mediocre doctors.

Today was my very first day here at Intune Health and I can truly tell America that the experience here has been phenomenal. My primary doctor and gynecologist were hands on and very attentive and listened to my concerns. Also the front desk and medical assistant where very kind and thoughtful. To sum everything up my experience here was amazingly wonderful.
