My father has been coming to Dr. Torres for over 15 years, he is top of the notch !! Dr.Torres has a caring heart. Itzy and Elsy are the magic workers in the office. They work wonders for my father, they get those referrals, sometimes the same day within a hr. Not only do they get things done ,they are very sweet and Patient with us. It makes a big difference when your staff is very attentive and treats you like family. They're bilingual, the office is clean and everyone is very knowledgeable. You can't beat that.!! I highly recommend them

In October 2023 I had an appointment with Dr Torres. Together we decided to do some labs. All covered by insurance if correct code and diagnosis match per my insurance. I have called and emailed countless times after receiving the full amount of the bill for labs with our insurance stating the codes were not the correct codes to match the diagnosis and correct CPT for our insurance. The office staff has done nothing to help. Will not return email or phone calls. My labs are now in collections after dealing with this mess for 1.5 years. This would be a quick fix per insurance to insert the correct codes per insurance and re submit. It's very sad that the billing and office staff do not communicate nor put in effort to work with our insurance when the Labs were covered under our policy. Dr Torres is a good Dr. Our friends and family will say the same. But his office staff is the opposite.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Torres for over 15 years. The office staff is amazing, compassionate, and kind, just like Dr. Torres. He takes the time to listen and explain. Several years ago, my husband saw him for vertigo. While most doctors would have just treated the vertigo, Dr. Torres went the extra mile and discovered early-stage cancer. Thanks to him, my husband is now cancer-free. He also diagnosed my daughter's PCOS, helping her go from being extremely overweight to a healthy mom. Thank you, Dr. Torres, you are a blessing.

A wonderful Doctor Who cares deeply about all his patients . Very compassionate listens, and really addresses all concerns. You're never waiting. They are always on time. The staff is incredible and very knowledgeable also.

Dr. Torres is the primary physician for my husband and I for many years now. We are very happy under his care. His office staff is also exceptional when it comes to our health concerns. If looking for a good physician, we recommend Dr. Torres.
