A special thank you to Rafael, APRN -- he is the best! He took time to listen, explain clearly, and made me feel truly cared for. I really appreciate the whole team for their excellent service and compassion.
10/10 Experience! My grandma went in because she wasn't feeling well and they took great care of her. Dr. Rafael Castells Ferras was extremely caring, he speaks Spanish and was able to communicate throughly with my grandma. It feels extremely good to know that there is a good and friendly doctor in our community. The staff and the environment of the clinic is splendid. They are all truly amazing.
