I call him Doc Felix, cause I don't want to pronounce his name wrong. Every time I visit his office, I get my questions answered. Love his patience for listening to my questions, sometimes probably repeated questions. No matter what, always get an answer. I can only recommend him. Also love the vibes of the office staff. Great job.
I could write a long list of things about this place and my provider, NP Brittney White, but since I moved to PC, they've been incredibly attentive to my needs and conditions. The communication is always clear, prompt, and dependable. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
I would give this place a 10/10! It's so hard to find a good type 1 diabetes Dr these days and Dr Alexandrea Warren is AMAZING! She is very understanding and just gives off the vibes of no judgement! And I was very impressed that the wait time with waiting in the lobby was under 10 minutes! And I was in and out quickly but not rushed at all she was willing to listen to everything I had to say! Just 10/10 experience!

After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer and having a complete Thyroidectomy, Ms Glossop has been an exceptional NP, listens to my concerns, thoroughly reviewing my bloodwork results to ensure my health is always top priority.
