I had a vein ablation done. Dr. Melvin will make sure you are comfortable and informed. Every minute of the procedure was calmly explained while being done, and he made sure I was reassured. I had zero reservations and will be going back for the other leg.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Melvin. From the time I arrived till I left, everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I felt like Dr Melvin, and his staff were very thorough.

Do not see Dr. Melvin. He has Terrible beside manners. Definitely don't see him if you're a women he will tell you what you're feeling is anxiety even though you know the difference between anxiety and an episode, and I definitely wouldn't waste my money if I thought it was just anxiety. He is sexiest. My tests came back normal but the episodes I experience come randomly and he only ordered a 7 day monitor test instead of a 30 day. When I went for my follow up he said I had 3 options, either a 30 day monitor, a chip the insert into your skin for 2-3 years, or medication for palpitations. I am 30 years old I am scared and I don't know what the best decision is. He then said it was probably just anxiety and I could follow up with primary care. I then asked if he wanted to proceed with any of the options he gave me, he then said he saw no point unless I made the decision. I was already tearing up from his comment about anxiety, because I have it and I do know the difference. He then asked me what was wrong, I told him I was confused by his options and upset that he's now saying it's anxiety and he won't help me decide the option to proceed with further testing. He then had the nerve to say that I was attacking him when all I was doing was telling him I'm confused and that HE has upset me to the point of tears. So with no other words said I got up and walked out and walked to my car where I sat for a good 15-20 minutes before I left because I was at that point crying so much I was not comfortable to drive right away. He later sent my charts to my primary care doctor and put in the notes that I stormed out slammed the doors and yelled at the staff and then pilled out of the parking lot. That is a complete and utter lie. They can go through there cameras where they can clearly see I did not storm out, I did not slam doors and I didn't say a single word to the staff nor even made eye contact with one of them. I was also to upset to get in my car and pill out of there parking lot right away like he also put in my notes. I sat in my car for 15-20 minutes trying to calm down before I drove another 40 minutes back to town. And they can also pull that up on the cameras as well! 8-5-25 9:30 a.m.- 9:50 a.m. So thank you very much Dr. Melvin for being a complete let down, and a complete lier. God bless your heart. Complete waste of my time and my hard earned money! Staff and nurses are great though!

Dr. Melvin and his team are AMAZING! Never have I ever had such FANTASTIC service from a doctor's office. They saw me, did all tests & procedures, and cleared me for Orthopedic surgery in less than 6 weeks! I cannot express how thankful I am for all he has done - and even more thankful that my heart is doing well!

Care,inside, with all the personnel was exceptional from the front office to the time I left. Dr. Melvin was professional, informative and kind. The major problem was safety in parking lot with multiple people without a place to park. Witnessed a couple of near accidents; concern about the safety of visitors.
