The doctor is nice but seems a little disinterested when my husband is at his office. I have not gotten reminder calls because they said they tried. It wasn't their fault they didn't go through. I called on Monday and a tele-conference was set up for me (my husband has a non emergency problem) and I got no response. Tuesday I called again and left a message on voicemail as they were out to lunch. The recording said return calls would be made the next day (Wednesday). I waited all day yesterday and got no response again. I called an hour ago and was told that they tried all day to reach me at both my numbers. I have told them on several occasions that I only have one number and to remove the other one from their files. I asked what could be done as I have to talk to someone about my husband. The answer was they could call me back this afternoon but I now owe $75 for a no show yesterday. I waited and waited for the call. She said she has witnesses to her trying to reach me and I said my Verizon lists of recent all calls shows nothing from them. I hung up mad and called back to see if I could speak to the office manager. Response: we'll have her call you. I called again at 11:53 and they had already put the answering machine on to cover their 12:00pm to 1:00pm. I left another message that if I didn't talk to someone soon after their lunch I would be down there to talk to them in person in their waiting room. I guess I will see what happens in the next couple of hours.
