We should have known from the first visit that this office was a bad idea. Our first visit we waited three hours. The techs in the back and the front desk team 9 times out of 10 were incredibly rude, when you asked about the wait. Today was the last straw. This was the second time we came in for a nuclear stress test, and were told that the machine was down. There were patients there that had been waiting since 7, and this was 1030. No accountability in this office at all. They could have called us to tell us that the machine was yet again not working, and seen if we wanted to reschedule. Ridiculous!

I'm not sure what to think. The first appt was perfect. The follow up, not so good. I was left in a waiting room for 1.5 hrs, lied to twice and then ridiculed by the front office for wanting to leave. I'm sorry but if a heart doctor is insistent on ignoring all other patients to try to help someone after 30 mins go by, I think 911 would be a better option. Or just NOT lie to your patients about where the doc is at!! Doc is a 2 star, facility is a 0 star!

The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are great, however this facility lacks accountability in the administrative area. They have lied to me on several occasions about Tricare referral statuses as well as the status of medical equipment being ordered by them for me. Each time, it has take over 30 days to resolve the issues, as they do not answer their phones and rarely return calls from messages. I have even had staff argue with me about how the referral process works rather than double checking their own work. If you are a Tricare beneficiary and need to use this facility, beware, and stay on top of them.

Waited for several hours between two appointments and was never seen by Dr or communicated to that the Dr was running behind. Reschedule the first time second time left after 2.5 hours.

As a new patient I couldn't be more pleased Staff was good. DR. was Excellent went over everything with me explaining everything so I could understand every aspect of my care.
