Amir Agha
BOARD CERTIFIED RHEUMATOLOGIST
Dr. Agha was born in Arlington, TX but moved to San Diego while he was in secondary school. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego and then pursued his medical degree from St. George's University where he graduated Cum Laude. While in medical school, Dr. Agha was invited into Iota Epsilon Alpha, an honor's organization that is comprised of medical students that maintain the highest GPA and excellence in work.
Following graduation, Dr. Agha completed his residency and fellowship at the University of South Florida in Internal medicine and Rheumatology, respectively. Dr. Agha has also spent time as a practicing internist and is proficient in both fields.

This was my first visit and from beginning to end the staff was fantastic. They are so kind and patient. Dr. Agha has amazing bedside manner (which is so difficult to find). I have been to several specialists who have dismissed my problems and I have felt unheard... but that was NOT the case here. He listened!! He is also the first doctor to have a direction for us to go in and who said there is treatment for my pain! I know I have many more appointments to go, but this first impression was definitely a good one and it gives me hope! Thank y'all!

Dr Agha is excellent! He is always working to help me improve my overall quality of life. With the preventative care I receive at Bay Arthritis, it has helped my pain level subside a bit which overall helps my mental health to not be in constant significant pain.
Office staff are pleasant and quick to respond. The physical therapy being in office is also a HUGE benefit as well. It is also the best physical therapy I have ever used.

The personnel are ALL friendly, trained in their responsibilities, and eager to help you. Physical Therapy personnel are fantastic. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Agha and his team. From my first visit, he has always been a kind and compassionate doctor who has never downplayed my symptoms. Jordan is a phenomenal PA, who has given me guidance as well as insight with my health issues. Candace and Josh at infusion always make the process seamless and professional. And Josh is literally a godsend when it comes to preparing me for infusion. I would recommend this team a thousand times over and am beyond grateful that they are part of my care!
