This was my first visit to Garrett Internal Medicine and it was a great experience. When I first walked in the staff was very friendly and had patience with me since I had some brain fog. When I met Dr.Patrick Garrett he was very upbeat and made me feel very comfortable. He listened to everything I had to say and then did an exam that he thought I needed. I was very happy with the whole process and finally found a doctor that I like.
Dr Patrick Garrett goes out of his way to accommodate his patients. He called me at home yesterday to discuss treatment options. Very professional and always has a positive attitude.
he may be a nice man, but his actions, tone, animated way of entering a room and speaking, it's not appropriate for the doctor patient setting. People are coming there with serious problems, and they are ill,upset or genuinely scared and he walks in like it's a children's birthday party. To me it was the most bizarre experience I've ever had with the doctor. I know nothing about the wife but the article in Flagler Live from THIS month(Nov 2025) concerned me deeply. I will not return to this office. This is my second review, and a few hours after the first review .. that night he called my phone after 5 pm and left voicemail for me to call him back??? this is just inappropriate behavior to me. Again, they may be good doctors(?) but the behavior is unsettling to say the least. And please -if you read this doc- do NOT call me again.
It was the first visit to the office of Dr Garrett. Office is very well organized, nicely designed and very clean. Dr. Garrett has outstanding bedside manners, professional, knowledgeable doctor. I am happy to have him as my PCP. Thank you very much to have me as a patient. Thank you!.
Dr Garrett and office staff outstanding. My first time visiting the office and Dr Garrett listen to me and the office staff put through all referral immediately. It seems phone call from the referrals to set up appointments within 1 hour of returning home.
