Some issues initially with appointment and insurance approval. Timely appointment, minimal waiting to have blood draw. Did have about a 16 minute wait for blood results to see the doctor. Time with doc was I rushed with time for questions which were answered. Checkout was good. All staff were friendly , pleasant and without stress. New facilities are great.

Taking blood followed by the injection was done professionally. No problems there. This procedure doesn't take very long; total about 20 minutes. The problem was the waiting time of about one hour and a half. All chairs in the waiting room were occupied and emptied about three times except ours. It looks like the scheduling was very poor. We wish we were back in the old building!!
My husband was diagnosed with prostrate cancer in May 2024. He has since had several tests and seen Dr Cumberbatch and Dr Ahmed. They have taken the best care of my husband. Always asking him how he is feeling, explaining treatments and medications. We feel he has the very best care, even the staff is friendly, and try's to help.
