AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital

I came in through the emergency room. I had an accident and upon pulling up in front of the hospital I was immediately greeted with a wheelchair and a very friendly attendant. She took my name and DOB. I was then quickly taken to a room. The care I received in the ER was outstanding and comforting, very nice staff. I needed to have surgery the following day so I was admitted to the 2nd floor. My stay there 3 days 2 nights was as pleasant as a hospital stay can be. All the nurses and assistants were so sweet and caring. The food I was served was delicious and served hot. The Dr I had was the best I could have, Dr Weiand how lucky for me to stumble upon him. I am here from out of state and Advent Hospital Palm Coast was the closest hospital to where my accident occurred. I am so happy that AHPC is where I landed. A shout out to hospital staff at ER admissions, I arrived with no ID or insurance information they took me right in and got started on me while my husband went back to retrieve my information at the house. The admission was seamless. Thank you for the wonderful care.

I had to go to the SR 100 hospital on 12/8/25 and the staff is amazing. My nurse was Michael K. and he IS excellent. The ultrasound tech was very attentive and cordial, the CT SCAN tech was amazing. Everyone was very professional, understanding, and attentive. I was seen IMMEDIATELY and in a room within 30 minutes. I don't have enough characters to express my gratitude. They're THE BEST. Being sick/injured sucks no matter what...however, AdventHealth made sure all of my needs and concerns were satisfied. Great hospital, AWESOME STAFF, and I thank God for them. Thank you.

Obviously Healthcare is my priority and my Healthcare team is a big part of my well-being. I'm new to the area and needed to connect with specialists that understood my situation. I had to reschedule a few times and they we're very understanding and flexible. The medical assistant Robert was kind, and eased my anxiety. Dr. Awahl was knowledgeable and had all my information readily available in the portal. The facility is beautiful, plenty of parking, and super helpful people from front desk to check-in! I highly recommend.

My feelings are mixed. I have had to make 2 visits to the Advent ER which were good to very good. Responsive Dr. and nursing care. BEAR IN Mind that these 2 visits both were in the early to mid part of the day. I feel if it was in the wee hours , Doctors would Be Scarce. Both ER visits were at the New Advent on Palm Coast Pwky. I've had negative experiences with communication with some providers and issues with the portal. Not only in interpreting and receiving results in a timely fashion , but also the dependability that the site is up and running.and my chart is available to view. Also. communicating with some providers well exceeds the 48 hr expected reply window. My feeling is overwhelming that Advent is most obviously a business first operation. . In addition there is too much dependence on P. A.'s. And nearly impossible to get appointments to see the Dr. This has been noticed by me when it comes to urologist, Dr Tourchi and Gastro Dr. Nasar. I only can get an appt if it's made a year in advance and it is for my yearly check up. In the case of illness, it's a PA or nothing..

Dr. Lindbloom and his staff provided excellent care for me yet again. He educated me at my level of comprehension and made me feel seen. Dr. Lindbloom took the time to hear my concerns, understand my circumstances and delivered a non-surgical procedure that alleviated my pain. Highly recommend Dr. Lindbloom and his care team for anyone seeking relief/repair with an upper extremity issue. Thank you!
