I just want to say with the heavy heart that I have been very misled by the office of this business! When I called I said right away to run my insurance of my procedure will be covered? After that reception called back and said that I am " in their network". With that, I really did believe my procedure over before covered. I got one vein taken care of and I still had three more to go .2 weeks after I got the text message saying that my balance is $1000.! So when I called on in shock they said I should request " patient responsibility form" and it's my fault that I didn't do that Prior to the surgery. The doctor and the staff were amazing but I was totally scammed on that money! I canceled my other appointments with this office! If I knew I would be charge that much I would have never Get that procedure.!!!I am attaching the picture of the txt I got from them! The most rude and unprofessional!
I met Dr. Herron March of 2025 and it's been a pleasure he's was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. From the moment you walk in your greeted by Rico with a warm smile and great personality. All of the ladies that work side by side with Dr. Herron are very Efficient and make you feel very comfortable. Couldn't be happier Thanks to his amazing staff!
Everyone at this office is extremely pleasant and professional. Ashley, Vicki, Rachel, Terryon, Jordan and Dr. Herron could not have been nicer. If there were 10 stars it would not be enough.
Great Staff & Great Doctor ! Beautiful clean facility. The Staff is so kind and caring for everyone and they know their stuff. Have to go back a few more times to have a procedure on my legs. Im not worried at all ! Thanks Guys for making my visit a Good experience
