I'm just going to say that Palm Beach pain LLC and all of there staff members are the absolute best. They treat you like your family while you're in the office and very professional when they call you on the phone. I've been with doctor Ricardo Leano for 4 years now and ever since day 1 of service my life has changed for the best. Thank you so very much for all the help and insight along the way.

I had a fantastic experience at this office! The doctor and PA were incredibly welcoming, and the entire staff made me feel right at home. The office itself was spotless, which added to the positive atmosphere. Everyone was not only pleasant but also very accommodating and flexible with my needs. Highly recommend!

My experience is that the staff is extra friendly and kind Dr Leano gives his all and all to all his patients.

This review us an update ro my previous review for this practice. When I initially started seeing Dr. Leano he had someone dedicated to handling insurance and procedure pre-authorization issues. As of July 2024, this is no longer the case. A family member took over and it became quickly clear she did not really know what she was doing. Authorizations took forever, in some cases because I did my own due diligence, I needed to tell her what was necessary. The straw that broke the camel's back for me, however, was her telling me to "Get a case manager or new insurance. I am not doing anything else." I have a Medicare Advantage Plan! One cannot change plans except during Open Enrollment. She should have known this! There were other similar things that happened that made me decide to find a different solution to my back pain which required surgical intervention. Dr. Leano is a skilled practioner. His wife, however, is NOT an asset to the practice!
