I recently underwent a left total knee replacement, and although I am a Director at this hospital, being on the other side of care as a patient gave me an entirely new perspective. From start to finish, the compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence I received were exceptional. My experience on 2 South, our Orthopedic Unit, was nothing short of outstanding. The nurses, techs, and support staff cared for me with genuine kindness, attentiveness, and expertise--exactly what we strive for every day. The PACU team was equally remarkable, ensuring my comfort and safety during those immediate postoperative hours. Physical Therapy played a crucial role in helping me begin my recovery. Their patience, encouragement, and knowledge helped me take those difficult first steps and built my confidence during a very challenging phase. Food & Nutrition also deserves recognition--the meals were consistently well-prepared, timely, and served with a level of courtesy that made a real difference in my overall experience. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to my orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Montijo. His skill, reassurance, and guidance throughout this painful but meaningful journey made all the difference. Although recovery has not been easy, I am truly grateful for everyone involved in my care. I recently brought my son into the ER at Palm Beach Gardens Medial Center and was impressed with the quality of care he received while there. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was professional, kind, and attentive. Among the staff that went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable were the following: Joe, his nurse, was exceptional from intake to discharge. He was caring and efficient throughout our visit. Dr. Oliva's affable bedside manner put my son at ease, and I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to me clearly. Alexandra, the ultrasound tech, was skilled and compassionate throughout her exam. Lauren, the ER director, also contributed to making this a positive experience by ensuring care was prompt and that my son would have providers that would make him the most comfortable. Thank you to the entire team at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center ER for taking such excellent care of my son. We're grateful that our community is supported by the compassionate, capable hands of your team. I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my loved ones to your facility.

Excellent bedside Manor. They were very thorough and quick when I entered the emergency room. They took good care of me, the triage nurse. Laura was just outstanding. She's the one who delivered my results and she just made my day overly pleasant and that's amazing because I feel so horrible but I smiled from ear to ear best hospital I've ever been to. Never had such a positive experience at an emergency room in a hospital. I give him 10 stars out of five. I'm so grateful that I got to have this experience.

I am about to complete the Cardiac Rehabilitation program at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center following the insertion of a stent. While participation was not mandatory, I knew I needed help rebuilding my confidence - especially when it came to trusting that physical exertion was safe again. From the very first day, the professional staff made all the difference. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely encouraging. Their careful monitoring of my heart performance provided constant reassurance, allowing me to push forward at a pace that felt both safe and productive. Thanks to their expertise and support, I now feel confident continuing my personal exercise routine on my own, and to get back to golf at my own pace. I am writing to highly commend the Palm Beach Gardens Hospital - Cardiac Rehab Center for providing me with exceptional care following my open-heart surgery. From the beginning of my cardiac rehab program, I found the entire staff welcoming, friendly, and created a positive environment for healing and recovery. The Cardiac Rehab Center therapists are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled, as well as being patient, kind, while providing constant encouragement throughout the recovery process. They provided clear explanations for exercises, informing me in how to manage my condition and giving me lifestyle advice. I am greatly thankful for all the cardio-rehab therapists and their efforts in helping me in my cardiac recovery and restored strength and energy.
