Waiting to check in while talking with two workers behind the desk who are telling us to wait for someone else. Two green lights are illuminated but no one is here....please see video attached.

I moved from Colorado. I was hoping this would be a good new doctor office for me as I suffer from asthma. They gave me an appointment three days after I really needed it and they prescribed me an inhaler that my insurance does not cover. I have called multiple times and sat on hold for over 45 minutes and no one ever answers the phone. I am now going to have to drive over there to ask them to except the pharmacies request to fill the inhaler that my insurance will cover. This has been an awful experience and I do not recommend this office. I was seen by Dr. Swan.

I have been going to the medical group got years and it has been all good experience for my. The staff is courteous and professional .

My appointment was confirmed early morning the day before my appointment at 4:45 Brooke called me and told me I had a co pay of $145 she had such a horrible attitude I tried to tell her I have never had any co pays even out of network she didn't want to hear anything I said and wanted payment over the phone she was so unprofessional I can't believe she has a job there shortly after I called my insurance company they tried to call her and got a message mechine she had such a bad attitude I didn't want to talk to her anymore she actually called back to apologize that I was correct about no co pay she still had a very bad attitude I would definitely stay away from this facility this will be my last time I ever go there she wanted all my information and when I asked her for her last name she said she couldn't give it to me and yet she wanted all my informations and credit card information probably to use it herself I advise everyone to think no twoce about making appointments at this facility she needs to be wrote up I will never go to this facility again as long as she is working there I will speak to her supervisor tomorrow for sure I won't stop until she is not working there any longer I have known people to move out of Brevard county because of people like Brooke stay away most unprofessional medical staff I have ever associated with

The doctors here don't care about your past needs and prescriptions . I came from a new move and needed a new dr. Not a care in the building. No cooperation with my other doctors. And the place is filthy! Bugs where my files are put at the door. Clearly seen. And staff touches all this..ewwwww!
